Nutrition is an essential part of any wellness journey. We wanted our menu to be about goodness, gastronomy, and our garden. So we hired a Michelin-star trained chef and a nutritionist to get the job done. We've created dishes that are locally sourced; most are plant-based with a taste of Galician seafood and wine for our Saturday night celebratory dinner. We are committed to ensuring that everything you eat at Terranam Wellness delights your palette, surprises your senses, and teaches us all that healthy cuisine is good for the body and the soul.
