Everything about Terranam is magical. When I stepped through the doors into the courtyard, I immediately felt a sense of peace. The food is amazing-I have never stayed anywhere with food of this quality at every meal. The staff is so welcoming and efficient, every detail has been carefully thought of to make the stay comfortable. The yoga classes were the perfect start and end to days with plenty to do but also plenty of time and places around the property to just be. I also loved the focus on local foods and traditions. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

Had such an incredible stay at Terranam. As soon as we got to the retreat, we were immediately made to feel at ease and as if we'd just arrived at a home away from home. The accommodation is beautiful and I loved the peaceful and calming setting. The daily schedule was relaxed, and you can do as much (or as little!) as you please.

The yoga classes with Miriam were a gorgeous way to start the day, and I also loved the healing sound bath. My massage was also one of the best I've ever had.
It's impossible to write a Terranam review without mentioning the spectacular food! Each meal was delicious and proved - once and for all - that vegetarian food is anything but boring. Massive thank you to Oscar for all his hard word in keeping us fed throughout the weekend!
Finally, huge thanks to Maria, Roger and Javier for their hospitality and creating such a memorable weekend. They're fantastic hosts and definitely the jewel in Terranam's crown!

What a beautiful setting and amazing experience! The staff were all attentive and made sure we all were well cared for. The yoga teachers were excellent - adjusting class to different skill levels. The rooms and property were beautiful with lots of quiet corners to read and relax. The food was phenomenal. I really enjoyed getting to know the staff and the other guests from all over the world - they all felt like old friends by the end. I'd highly recommend this experience to all!

In a word…fabulous! The setting is gorgeous. Peaceful. Restful. The food is delicious - inventive, and even surprising. Great care seems invested in small details to create a comfortable environment. The magic of Terranam, however, is that comfort is just a necessary part of the ultimate goal. More than comfortable, I was made to feel at home! The staff exude a kind of ambient warmth…a relaxed feeling that is present even when they are not. Many times I have not wanted to end a trip. Never before have I felt I was leaving friends behind! HOW is this possible in just a few days? Magic. Terranam!

I recently had the pleasure of spending a few days at Terranam wellness retreat, and it was an absolutely incredible experience. What struck me most was the attention to detail and the thoughtfulness that went into every aspect of my stay.

The location itself is stunning, nestled in the rolling hills and surrounded by nature. The retreat center is designed in such a way that it seamlessly blends in with the surroundings, creating a sense of peace and tranquility from the moment you arrive. But what really sets Terranam apart is the personalized approach to your stay. From the massage, yoga and meditation sessions to the healthy and delicious meals, every aspect of my stay was designed to support my physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.

The staff were all incredibly kind, knowledgeable and passionate. The accommodations were luxurious and comfortable, with all the amenities you could need for a restful stay. The attention to detail was evident in everything from the linens to the toiletries, and I felt pampered and cared for throughout my stay.

Overall, I highly recommend Terranam wellness retreat to anyone looking for a truly wonderful experience. It's the perfect place to disconnect from the stresses of daily life, reconnect with yourself and nature, and emerge feeling renewed and rejuvenated. Five stars all around!

Terranam is an unprecedented authentic experience for the body and for the soul. It's a magical place with fairy views on the bay and the ocean and a variety of atmospheres all available on the premises: the stylish and quiet rooms with the view, the stone paved courts, the garden with the hammocks where to lounge, the swimming pool, the ancient stones and many more amenities all provide a stunning background. The host managers Rogelio & Javier are masters of hospitality and together with the team they will make it all seamlessly flow for maximum comfort and delight! The massage was a discovery: performed in a very bright room under a rood window with direct view on the sky! The vegetarian menu is a pure delight with local flavours I keep revisiting in my palate. This is the ideal place where to pause and recenter, replenish and leave regenerated! Whether traveling solo or with friends, it is a destination not to be missed!

I loved that there was no TV in my room and i could fully be present, appreciating the stunning views on the flowing eucalyptus from my window.

Terranam is such a beautiful place to be! We had a wonderful stay there. Our hosts were charming, our room decorated with taste, the food delicious and so healthy, the gardens facing the ocean, the river on one side and mountains on the other side… all was impressive and the atmosphere so so relaxing. We highly recommend Terranam and we will definitely come back !

Terranam brings the definition of wellness and hospitality to a whole new level. In an exceptional setting I felt at home to socialize or relax by myself, eat healthily, explore the beautiful scenery of Galicia, read a book by the pool and experience a heavenly massage. The Terranam team make you feel welcomed and taken care of as you take in the beauty and sensuous smells from the eucalyptus and fruit trees and sample the healthy and delicious cuisine. This place is a gem, truly. Terranam provides the perfect place and space to decompress, be present, and rejuvenate. The setting is serene and beautiful, with several little areas around the property for guests to relax and enjoy the view and some quiet time. I especially loved the hammocks. The interiors are gorgeous too - light, bright and airy.

The food is delicious, healthy and inventive. Seriously the best meals I've ever had. I'm hoping someday Terranam will create a cookbook - I've already tried to recreate at home an eggplant dish they served for brunch!

There are some beautiful hikes you can take near the property - I loved the eucalyptus trees - the air smells so good. The beach walk was incredible too - the path wove through ferns and pine trees, with stunning views of the clear blue water.

Last but certainly not least - the Terranam team is incredible. Belen, the masseuse, is truly a talent - a body therapist who will help you deeply relax, both body and mind. Hosts Roger and Javi are so kind, warm and welcoming. I left feeling as if I were saying goodbye to old friends. They sincerely care about you and your experience - it's what sets Terranam apart and what will bring me back in the near future!

Open hearts and doors welcome you to a piece of Atlantic Coast paradise. The grounds are lovely and well kept, nice pool, hamacs and beautifully restored historic lodgings. The Terranam team is super nice, breakfast is healthy and abundant served in the main house, rooms and beds are perfect to rest.

A beautiful location to pause and nourish yourself. The food was creative and delicious vegetarian menu. Daily options for hikes and yoga classes or to do nothing and enjoy the property. What makes this place special are the host Javi and Rogelio who make you feel truly at home.

Location in middle of nature to help for healing, so comfortable rooms, yoga and meditation, blissful walking and hiking around… and food .. so so delicious.. it was great experience. I recommend everyone who searching for such a beautiful wellness center for healing in spain.. this is best onE.

Pure magic! ✨ Galicia is stunning. The resort is cosy and warm, food is beyond delicious, the yoga classes are restorative, hikes and beach excursions are phenomenal (visited in April around easter). Rogelio and Javier are such warm and thoughtful hosts and ensured we felt right at home. If you’re looking for a few days of relaxation in beautiful nature, look no further. Literally just what the doctor called for. One tip - if you’re venturing over from Madrid there is actually a fast train you can take which we didn’t realise until later.

Food was simple amazing, each bite was a tasty discovery of flavor. Simply delicious and super healthy!!! Never thought vegetarian food can be like this. Yoga lessons were awesome and I loved the instructors. Classes were adjusted to our level. And I felt individual attention to each of us as private lessons. Landscape extraordinary! Breathtaking! Facilities help me to relax and THE massage made me reconnect strongly with inner peace. Staff... Caring, loving and professional. The owner was so close and attentive that I could feel I have new friends.

What can I say that hasn’t already been said in other reviews. From the moment we arrived we felt the warmth and friendliness of the whole Terranam team and the tranquillity of the setting. Our room was delightful and the beds very comfortable. With lots of restful places to sit and relax, everyone found their own little spot to enjoy the grounds and the lovely views. The care and attention to detail and the presentation of the delicious food was outstanding. I haven’t done much yoga and found the yoga teachers genuinely helpful and encouraging and we really enjoyed the sound therapy and the Galician feast.

A big thank you to whole team, who added a lot of joy and some really funny moments. A perfect mother/daughter experience - we definitely left the retreat feeling relaxed, rested, healthy and more than willing to return!
