For some women, middle age can be a challenging time. Even though it is a natural part of life, changing hormones and unpleasant symptoms like hot flushes, poor sleep, weight gain, anxiety and general aging concerns are often difficult to manage.
Our Menopause Retreats offer gentle guidance and healthy self-practices that address your needs during this important life stage, putting you back in control and helping you feel good. Curated by Wellness Coaches, nutritionists and healers, we aim to educate, empower and inspire women into new ways of living that celebrate their midlife magic.
Nurture your soul, mind, and body with yoga, massages, deliciously healthy cuisine and daily menopause workshops. Located on the stunning coast of Galicia, Spain, connect with nature through mountain hikes, sea views, and white sand beaches.

Everything about Terranam is magical. When I stepped through the doors into the courtyard, I immediately felt a sense of peace. The food is amazing-I have never stayed anywhere with food of this quality at every meal. The staff is so welcoming and efficient, every detail has been carefully thought of to make the stay comfortable. The yoga classes were the perfect start and end to days with plenty to do but also plenty of time and places around the property to just be. I also loved the focus on local foods and traditions. You know a place is truly special when you can relax and switch off by day two. Cosy and unassuming but exquisitly decked out, you won't want for anything while you're here. Amazing food that proves vegetables can be the star of the show, considered yoga classes and a powerful sound healing session were amongst the retreat's delights. As for the Terranam team - Maria is truly inspirational, Oscar is a first class chef while Roger and Javia are the perfect hosts and deliver exceptional service. I can't recommend this place enough.

THE PROPERTY
Built on the foundations of a manor house dating from 1767, the property is nestled in a quiet oasis between mountains and sea. Terranam features the manor house with an original granite chimney, converted horse stables, a Chapel, a Dovecote, and a restored granite horreo (granary), a typical symbol of Galicia from the 15th century.
ARRIVAL TO TERRANAM
The nearest airport is Santiago de Compostela (SCQ), with direct and frequent flights from major Spanish and European cities. Taxi ride from the airport is 45 minutes.

THE EXPERIENCE
You’ll find plenty of tranquil spaces on our large property with its manicured lawns, outdoor eating & relaxation areas, bamboo cove, swimming pool and fountains of mountain spring water. Our Explore activities will lead you through eucalyptus forests to secret lagoons, beautiful beaches, stunning ocean bay views and ancient water mills.
