Cancellation Policy

In order to cancel a reservation, the client must email Terranam at info@terranam.com to inform us of their desire to cancel. Terranam will respond, confirming the cancellation of the reservation as well as the terms applied. The terms depend are detailed below: • 15 days or more: Cancellations without penalty allowed 15 days or more before check-in time the day of the scheduled arrival. • Btwn 14 days- 72 hours: Cancellations made from 14 days to 72 hours before check-in time the day of the scheduled arrival will result in an automatic charge to the client’s bank card of one night of the reservation. • Less than 72 hrs: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before check-in time the day of the scheduled arrival will result in the total forfeiture of the amount of the stay, which TERRANAM is entitled to keep if it has already been paid, charge to the client’s debit/credit card or claim by any other valid means provided for by the law. • No-shows will result in an automatic charge to the bank card of the client of the amount corresponding to the full reservation, as well as the cancellation of the reservation.
